Four teams have been confirmed by the Arab Football Association to compete in the Arab Club Championship's preliminary round matches.
From March 2 to March 5 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, the preliminary round will take place. In addition to Arta Solar clubs from Djibouti, Fahmane Al-Yemeni, Hersed Al-Somali, and Vulcan from the Comoros Islands, the Arab Federation has announced their participation in the preliminary round.
For the winner to advance to the first round, the four teams competing in the preliminary round compete in a knockout format. There are now 37 clubs taking part in the King Salman bin Abdulaziz Arab Championship for Clubs, which is the current iteration of the competition.
During the competitions of the first round, the preliminary round qualifier will compete with 23 other teams. There are 24 teams left from the first round (the qualifier from the preliminary round - 11 teams from Asia - 7 teams from Africa - 5 participating teams nominated by the national federations).
Twelve teams will advance to the second round, which will be played between the qualified teams so that six of them will advance to the finals, which will be played in a four-group format. The first-round matches will be played under the home-and-away format. March 13–15, April 3–5, and April 10–12 will be the dates for the first round.
